No per-contact overage games: affiliates are contacts in the same pool. Optional annual billing saves 15%.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Essentials and Growth?

Contact capacity. Essentials includes up to 50,000 contacts—more than enough for most consultancies. Growth bumps that to 250,000 for academies and firms with larger lists. Feature set and support level differ as shown on the cards above. Affiliates are contacts in the system (same pool—no separate affiliate cap).

What happens if I hit my contact limit?

We'll let you know when you're approaching 80%. No surprise lockouts. If you hit the cap, you can upgrade to Growth or contact us to discuss options. We don't charge per-contact overage fees—that's a bad incentive.

Why per-team-member pricing?

We believe you should keep complete records of every conversation, lead, and relationship. Per-contact pricing discourages that. We charge per team member instead—a predictable price regardless of how much history you maintain.

What's included in the $5,000 setup?

We handle the heavy lifting: moving your data cleanly, configuring your pipelines to match how you actually work, setting up booking, and training your team. You don't launch until everyone's confident.

Do I need a long-term contract?

No multi-year contracts. On monthly billing, SimplicitySuite is month-to-month after implementation. Annual prepay is optional (15% savings) and covers 12 months up front. Your data is always yours—you can export it anytime.

Can I try before I buy?

We don't offer free trials—because a CRM without your data, your pipelines, and your workflows isn't your CRM. SimplicitySuite needs implementation to work properly. The 45-minute conversation is the trial: we'll show you exactly what the platform does and whether it fits.
