This page covers two things: a one-time setup fee to get you running, then a monthly SimplicitySuite subscription based on your plan and team size. Ongoing support retainers from LayerEight Solutions are a separate offering — see layereightsolutions.com/services. They're optional; most clients manage things on their own. Add one only if you want us in the CRM and operations loop month to month.
No surprise overage charges — affiliates count the same as any contact, with no separate cap. Optional annual billing saves 15%.
