Managed CRM and operations, tuned to how you work.

We implement and tuneCRM and operations alongside your team — so your tools match how you actually work, not the other way around. If you want steady support month to month, a LayerEight Solutions retainer covers your integrations, automations, and ongoing operations. It's a separate arrangement from your SimplicitySuite subscription — entirely optional. Built for law firms, consultants, academies, and other small professional firms. Your data stays yours.

Who we work with

Three paths in; the work is the same: one tuned system of record your whole team can rely on. Ongoing LayerEight support is optional and sold as services packages, separate from a SimplicitySuite subscription, so you choose the mix that fits.

Law firms

Intake that stays consistent, follow-ups that stay on track, and a clear view of every matter, from first call to closed file.

Academies & cohorts

Enrollment, affiliates, and student history in one place, so launches feel steadier and payouts have a clear home outside one-off spreadsheets.

How the engagement works

Implementation gets you live on a working, well-documented system. Managed-services retainers are optional — we can stay involved as an extension of your team for integrations, support, and operations. That's a separate agreement from SimplicitySuite platform access. Everything runs under your MSA with clear SOWs. Our ops and yours line up; we're accountable for the scope we share. See how we work.

Discover

Map your stack, lead sources, and where money and handoffs actually happen.

Design

Define pipelines, objects, and notifications so your system of record stays central and other tools connect in deliberately.

Implement

Migrate data, configure workflows, train your team on how the system really works.

Run

You run your business day to day on SimplicitySuite. If you have a services retainer, we handle the agreed integrations, uptime, and support — keeping your system running as your tools and team evolve.

Review

Tune pipelines and data as offers and vendors change, whether through a retainer, a scoped SOW, or your own team, depending on what you engage us for.

How we partner: shared scope, clear roles

LayerEight Solutions (with you, per contract)

  • Services retainer (if you choose one): the CRM and operations, integration, and support work spelled out in that agreement, billed separately from SimplicitySuite platform fees.
  • SimplicitySuite subscription: platform access and workspace, as covered by product pricing. Optional services retainers are separate if you want us actively involved month to month.
  • Each SOW: documented delivery and handoffs for what we agreed to together, with scope you can plan around.

Your team leads

  • Offer, positioning, and client relationships
  • Message and creative (we wire campaigns to data and events; you own the words)
  • Final decisions on pricing, contracts, and legal strategy

Where teams often start — and what we build toward

Common starting point: a few tools, a couple of spreadsheets, and automations that need a steadier home.

Together: one operating layer for your data and workflows, with ownership and change control your whole team understands.

Recent engagements

Anonymized examples. We'll share more on a call when it makes sense for your situation.

Professional services

Starting point: several tools, overlapping intake paths, and a CRM the team rarely lived in.

Outcome: one tuned intake and follow-up flow in production; some clients add a LayerEight retainer for ongoing ops. Live in about five weeks; calmer handoffs and fewer missed callbacks.

Education brand

Starting point: affiliate math in spreadsheets and launch-week strain between the LMS and automations.

Outcome: enrollment, partners, and student history in one place we help watch. Launch week stays focused on teaching, with ops quietly covered.

What we do

Three offerings — often combined, always billed separately: ongoing services retainers, project-based implementation, and the SimplicitySuite platform. You can start with Suite access, add LayerEight when you want a partner in the operations loop, or mix both as it makes sense.

Optional retainer

Managed CRM & operations

Services package, separate from a Suite subscription: month-to-month partnership on the CRM and operations layer: integrations, change control, automation health, vendor coordination, and technical support, when you want us there with you.

Project

Implementation & SOWs

Discovery through go-live: migrations, tuned pipelines, permissions, and training, scoped under a Statement of Work so expectations stay explicit.

Platform

SimplicitySuite (our engine)

The CRM product: workspace, hosting, and platform operations under SimplicitySuite pricing—a separate contract from an optional LayerEight managed-services retainer, so you can mix and match cleanly.

Why LayerEight Solutions?

Systems first

We define how your data fits together before we wire up screens and automations. Fewer surprises when a vendor changes how their product works.

Documentation-driven

Schema, APIs, and workflows are written down as we go, so your team and ours share the same picture. You get a living spec everyone can use.

SOC 2 Aligned

Your client data stays yours and doesn't mix with anyone else's. We follow enterprise-grade security practices — so you can answer vendor questionnaires and compliance reviews without scrambling.
