LayerEight Solutions started from a simple observation: small professional firms (coaches, consultants, real-estate teams, education companies) run on the same handful of SaaS tools, but nobody owns the data layer underneath. When an integration breaks or a vendor changes an API, everything downstream falls apart and there’s no one to call.

We exist to be that call. We bring disciplined architecture, documentation, and follow-through to tuned CRM work (SimplicitySuite where it fits) and optional managed-services packages, separate from product subscriptions, so clients can buy implementation, platform access, and ongoing operations as distinct line items instead of mystery bundled pricing.

Systems before screens. We define how your data fits together first, then UIs and automations sit on top. Integrations and funnels stop breaking every time a vendor pushes an update.

Documentation-driven delivery.Schema, APIs, and workflows are written down as the engagement proceeds. You get a living spec, not tribal knowledge locked in someone’s head.

Standards-based foundations. We build on widely adopted databases, web frameworks, and interoperability patterns where it makes sense, favoring portability and long-term maintainability over exotic one-off platforms.

  • Built for clear accountability: engagements are run under LayerEight Solutions, with named contacts and written delivery, not an anonymous ticket queue. Where subprocessors or specialists are involved under your MSA/SOW, we remain responsible for meeting the agreed scope and data terms.

  • Every engagement runs through a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with clear SOWs, so expectations are explicit from day one.
