About LayerEight Solutions

LayerEight Solutions started from a simple observation: small professional firms (coaches, consultants, real-estate teams, education companies) often run on the same handful of SaaS tools, while the data layer underneath could use a steady owner. When an integration hiccups or a vendor changes an API, teams deserve a partner who answers the phone.

We aim to be that partner. We bring disciplined architecture, documentation, and follow-through to tuned CRM work (SimplicitySuite where it fits) and optional managed-services packages, separate from product subscriptions, so clients can buy implementation, platform access, and ongoing operations as clear line items that match how you want to work together.

Philosophy

Systems before screens. We define how your data fits together first, then UIs and automations sit on top—so vendor updates are easier to absorb with fewer surprises downstream.

Documentation-driven delivery. Schema, APIs, and workflows are written down as the engagement proceeds. You get a living spec the whole team can share.

Standards-based foundations. We build on widely adopted databases, web frameworks, and interoperability patterns where it makes sense, favoring portability and long-term maintainability over exotic one-off platforms.

Who you’re working with

  • Built for clear accountability: engagements are run under LayerEight Solutions, with named contacts and written delivery, not an anonymous ticket queue. Where subprocessors or specialists are involved under your MSA/SOW, we remain responsible for meeting the agreed scope and data terms.
  • Our roots are operations, compliance, and production-grade systems, not a generic “we build websites” shop.
  • Every engagement runs through a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with clear SOWs, so expectations are explicit from day one.

Trust and data

  • Structured for security questionnaires: tenant isolation, access discipline, and audit-friendly logs where the product line requires it, described precisely, not hype.
  • We do not sell personal information or client data. We do not use client data to train public models or for third-party advertising.
  • Regulated contexts (when in scope) follow the DPA/BAA path defined in your agreements, not informal side channels.
